Billing and Payment

Our billing cycle is Monday to the following Sunday. Invoicing is done on a weekly basis before services are rendered. The invoices will be sent out (via email) between Monday-Wednesday and payment is expected the Sunday prior to services being rendered. Any adjustments will be applied to the next bill. There is a late fee of 10% of balance due (for each day bill is late).

Payment is welcome by automatic recur (ACH), e-check, or credit card (2% processing fee added).
